Your first visit at Montgomery Family Dental is not only about our team getting to know you, but also about you getting to know our team. In the time we spend together, we encourage you to ask questions, express your concerns, and share with us anything you want us to know to help make your care as individual as you are.
Part of getting to know you and providing safe, personalized support involves reviewing your medical history. Certain medical conditions and medications can influence your treatment protocols – so you will be asked to provide a list of your medications and their dosages (including vitamins and supplements).
Next, a full-mouth series of x-rays and a comprehensive oral exam of your teeth, gums, mouth, and jaw will be performed, including a non-invasive oral cancer screening.

We provide dental services to patients with or without dental insurance. Please check with your insurance provider if you have any questions regarding your benefits and coverage. Please provide our front desk staff all information regarding your insurance at your appointment. We will be more than happy to submit the dental treatments you received at our office to your insurance company and help you recover the most from your plan benefits.
Membership plans.
We also offer a Montgomery Family Dental Membership Plan. These plans are a solution for those without dental insurance looking to maintain their oral health and minimize dental care expenses. Each plan is good for one year from the date of enrollment and payment of the membership fee.
Child Plan (15 & under)

Adult Plan (16 & up)
$310/year

Periodontal Plan

Preventive services included:
- Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings - 3x/year
- BWX X-Rays - 1x/year

Benefits & Disclaimers
- Adult program is for adults free of active periodontal disease. A periodontal assessment will be done at your appointment to determine which program you qualify for.
- Also included in your membership is a 20% off discount on all other dental services (Fillings, crowns, extractions, dentures, implants, etc...) provided at Montgomery Family Dental.
- NO annual limits, NO age limits, NO waiting periods, NO maximums, NO deductibles
- This dental discount plan only covers services provided at Montgomery Family Dental and cannot be combined with dental insurance or reimbursement programs.
- The enrollment fee is non-refundable and it is the patient's responsibility to schedule all preventive appointments included in the membership.
